Hayley

About me.

My name is Hayley and I provide a dog walking service in central Hove where I live with my 13-year-old Shih Tzu / Westie cross, Poppy.

I provide high quality care for your dog in a safe, secure, stimulating and caring environment. My priority is their health, safety and wellbeing. I have an up to date enhanced DBS certificate, which confirms I have no criminal convictions. I am fully insured to carry out Paws Services which includes, public liability, care, custody and control, and none negligent cover.

I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development and have undertaken qualifications in canine behaviour, training and first aid. I am constantly learning from the dogs I care for and how to better understand them. They are my best teachers.

I have many years’ experience of caring for dogs as a dog owner myself. I have experience of different dog breeds at varying life stages and all the complexities and challenges that brings. I have a confident and calm approach towards the care of dogs which I believe helps them to settle in here at Paws Services.

I have a good understanding of the concerns and anxieties which owners face when entrusting a person to look after their dog. They are, after all, valuable members of our families and we want to feel sure they will be cared for as such. Because I can empathise with you, as a dog owner, I endeavour to provide a bespoke and flexible service to both you and your dog. I know I am doing my job well when both dog and owner are happy with the service they are getting.

To support the continuous improvement of Paws Services, I value your feedback as it’s always helpful to know what is working well for you and what could be improved upon. You can give me feedback either in person or via the websites contact us page.
