About me

My name is Hayley. I provide a dog walking / daycare service in central Hove where I live with my 13-year-old Shih Tzu / Westie cross, Poppy.

I provide high quality care for your dog in a safe, secure, stimulating and caring environment. My priority is their health, safety and wellbeing.

I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development and have undertaken qualifications in Canine Behaviour. I have an up to date Canine First Aid Certificate. I am fully insured to carry out Paws-Services which includes, public liability, care, custody and control, and none negligent cover.

I have many years' experience of caring for dogs as a dog owner as well as 7+ years experience of managing Paws-Services. I have experience of different dog breeds at varying life stages and all the complexities and challenges that brings. I have a confident and calm approach towards the care of dogs which I believe helps them to settle in here at Paws-Services.

I provide excellent customer service and have a good understanding of the concerns and anxieties which owners face when entrusting a person to look after their dog. They are, after all, valuable members of our families and we want to feel sure they will be cared for as such. I know I am doing my job well when both dog and owner are happy with the service they are getting.
